What we collect
From visitors browsing the site
We do not actively collect personal information from passive visitors. We do not run marketing analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioural cookies on our pages.
Standard technical information, such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps, is processed by our infrastructure for the purposes of serving the site, mitigating abuse, and operational diagnostics. This information is retained only for as long as needed for those purposes.
From visitors who contact us
If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any business communications that follow.
If you apply for a position with us, the information you submit (CV, cover letter, contact details) is processed under our legitimate interest in evaluating candidates, and is retained only for the duration of the recruitment process.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on our site, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts.
How we use your information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Storage and retention
Inquiry correspondence is held in our business email systems for as long as necessary to handle the matter and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted in line with our internal retention schedule.
Job application materials are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and deleted within six months of its conclusion, unless you give us explicit consent to keep them on file longer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your information;
- request restriction of, or object to, certain processing;
- request portability of information you have provided to us;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
